FP Markets is a well-established global CFD broker offering traders access to CFDs across Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies and we are currently looking to recruit a full-time Dealer in our Limassol Office.

The candidate is expected to be able to manage the risk and delivery of OTC/DMA/CFD products to retail clients and oversee information flows through back and middle office as well as third party risk systems, so an understanding of the trade cycle is crucial. 

Problem solving and strong communication skills are necessary, as there will be direct contact with clients, Prime Brokers technology providers, and the risk team in Australia.

Reporting to: Head of Risk 

 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Daily Risk and Dealing Procedures
  • Technology system monitoring
  • Troubleshooting
  • “Clear down” – ensure overnight account management processes are complete
  • Daily handover to risk team in Australia
  • Monitoring market risk
  • Facilitating short selling
  • Monitoring and investigating real time alerts
  • Authorizing orders through pre trade filters
  • Assessing post trade market misconduct alerts
  • Margin Calls / liquidations
  • Executing hedge trades
  • Dealing
  • Order Audits
  • Client Queries via phone and live chat
  • Identifying toxic order flow 

Candidate profile:

  • 1-2 years and over of previous experience in CIF is a must
  • MT4 and MT5 experience is a must
  • Ability to work on shifts (morning and evening) based on the applicable schedule 
  • Excel skills and MS office in general
  • CySEC certification will be considered as a plus
  • Analytical, organized, attention to details
  • Team player with collaborative attitude
  • Excellent command of English language
  • A University graduate of Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, or any other relevant field
