Portuguese Customer Success Manager

FP Markets, a well-established and ambitious globally-regulated (including CySEC) CFD and Forex Broker with headquarters in Australia and further offices internationally, is seeking to recruit Portuguese Customer Success Manager to join their growing team in Limassol. The successful and ambitious candidate will ideally have proven experience in customer support within a FX company and needs to be fluent in Portuguese. Fluency in English is viewed favorably.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops Healthy Customer Relationship
  • Evaluates and Analyzes Customer Needs
  • Builds Trust and Transparency with Clients and Partners
  • Onboards New Clients
  • Reactivate old clients
  • Educate clients on how to trade financial assets
  • Achieving key performance indicators
  • Organizing and managing workflow
  • Assist in the monitoring of affiliates and partners on a regular basis
  • Promotes Customer Loyalty

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Native or near-native Brazilian/Portuguese is essential. Fluency in English is viewed favorably.
  • A broad understanding of financial markets and trading, preferably with foreign exchange.
  • Client focused with excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to influence and persuade a mutually beneficial outcome for the company and the client.
  • Excellent communication and written skills as well as attention to detail
  • Dynamic, self-motivated and competitive, with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as in a team
  • Willing and flexible enough to work shifts to provide coverage for your territory when required.
