This well-established and ambitious broker is expanding globally and is currently looking to recruit a full-time Compliance Associate in its Limassol office. With headquarters in Australia and further offices internationally, the broker is seeking a talented candidate to join its growing team in Limassol. This is a great opportunity to work in a diverse and exciting role and be part of an excellent team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the group’s licensing applications
  • Responsible for completing and submitting regulatory reporting obligations of licensed group entities
  • Liaising with external providers/consultants of the company
  • Assisting with the group’s compliance monitoring program
  • Assisting with Banks/PSP account opening
  • Keeping up with regulatory updates of various regulators  
  • Liaising and assisting the persons/departments responsible for carrying out the investment services in compliance with the relevant legislative framework
  • Assisting the head of compliance and operations department with any compliance and/or legal related tasks

Candidate Profile

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Fluent in English language
  • Good writing skills
  • Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Must have some experience in forex industry
  • Holding of a Law Degree will be considered as an advantage.
